Who we are

The MyContextPulse waitlist is operated by IronGPT B.V., acting as data controller. Contact: hi@mycontextpulse.com.

What we collect

We only collect the email address you submit through the waitlist form.

We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party fonts loaded at runtime on this waitlist page. We do not collect health data, Garmin data, or other special category data through the waitlist.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to:

  • confirm or manage your waitlist signup;
  • send you one email when MyContextPulse opens; and
  • send at most a few low-frequency product updates before launch.

Legal basis

We process your email address based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or by contacting hi@mycontextpulse.com.

Where it is stored

Your email address is stored in our Resend audience. Resend, Inc. is based in the United States. International transfers are governed by Resend's Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or 24 months after the last campaign, whichever happens first.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to processing by emailing hi@mycontextpulse.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

The MyContextPulse product (planned, not yet live)

The sections above describe this waitlist page. The product described below is not yet available. When it launches, you will be able to connect your Garmin Connect account so that MyContextPulse can turn your own training and recovery data into context for an AI assistant you choose. This section is a forward-looking summary of how that data will be handled; a full product privacy policy, reviewed by legal counsel, will replace it before the product becomes available. We do not claim any official partnership with, or endorsement by, Garmin.

For the product, IronGPT B.V. acts as data controller. Garmin metrics such as heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, and body measurements are special-category health data. Our lawful basis for processing them is your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give through a clear, unticked checkbox when you connect your account and which you can withdraw at any time.

What the product will process

Once you connect your Garmin account, we process:

  • your account and subscription details;
  • your Garmin login credentials, which are encrypted at rest with a per-account key (by default only a session token is kept, not your password);
  • Garmin-derived data such as activities, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, stress, Body Battery, and daily summaries.

Sharing with your chosen AI assistant

MyContextPulse turns your Garmin data into concise summaries. Those summaries are sent to a third-party AI assistant only when you choose one and only on your explicit instruction. The assistants you can select are operated by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT). You authorize this connection yourself, you control which assistant receives data, and you can revoke it at any time.

Location data is off by default

GPS routes are not shared by default. Our tools return summaries such as distance, pace, and elevation, not coordinates, so your AI assistant sees your training, not your location. Sharing route data is an explicit opt-in that you can turn off again at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can disconnect your Garmin account or delete your account from your dashboard at any time. When you cancel or delete, your encrypted credentials and Garmin-derived data are purged within 30 days; limited service logs are kept for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting. We apply data minimization, purpose limitation, encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls throughout.

Service providers

To run the product we will use a small number of processors: EU hosting, an EU managed database, a payment processor, an authentication provider, and a transactional email provider. Your Garmin-derived summaries are additionally sent to the AI assistant you select (Anthropic or OpenAI) only when you instruct it. The full list of providers, with their locations and data processing agreements, will be named in the product privacy policy at launch.

What we will never do

  • sell your Garmin data or any other personal data;
  • use your data for advertising or profiling;
  • share your data with third parties except the AI assistant you choose, on your instruction, or where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update this notice when MyContextPulse adds new features, integrations, analytics, or data processing activities. The latest version is always available at this URL.
