Who we are. The MyContextPulse waitlist is operated by ironGPT B.V. (in formation), acting as data controller. Contact: hi@mycontextpulse.com.

What we collect. Only the email address you submit through the waitlist form. No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts loaded at runtime.

Why. To send you one email when MyContextPulse opens, and at most a few low-frequency updates before then.

Where it's stored. In our Resend audience (Resend, Inc., US — transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long. Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after the last campaign, whichever is sooner.

Your rights. Access, deletion, portability, and objection — email hi@mycontextpulse.com and we'll act within 30 days.

Updated May 2026. This notice will be amended when ironGPT B.V. is formally registered with the Dutch KvK.
